I moved to Dunwoody in November 2003 leaving my hometown of Phoenix, AZ. My husband, Ted, and I now live in Canton with Berlioz and our Border Collie, Lady.
I started riding with the Girl Scouts in Northern AZ at 7 years old and was hooked. I have also ridden with the Boy Scouts and worked at a miniature horse farm during my college years in AZ. I spent a year working for a local Alpharetta vet in 2005-06 and spent a year going to school in Lawrenceville for Veterinary Technology. It was my experiences with both of these that lead me to the realization that my calling was to be in the barns with the horses.
I started barn sitting in Alpharetta in July 2006 and I have been impassioned ever since. I enjoy going to many barns and meeting new people and especially the horses. I also care for horse owner's housepets and barnyard critters. My goal is to allow you to leave your farm knowing that everything is being well cared for so that you can enjoy yourself wherever you may go.
Starting this barn sitting business has been a dream come true and I am so excited to be living it and sharing it with you. We have been so blessed and we thank God every day.
